Revisions
Every order includes unlimited free revisions with no time limit. Reply to your delivery email with what needs to change and we rework the file until it sews the way you need.
Who owns the files
You own the finished stitch files. PlixaLabs keeps no intellectual property rights in files produced from your artwork. Use them on any machine, reorder, resize with us, or hand them to your own customers.
Your artwork
When you send artwork you confirm that you own it or have the right to reproduce it. We use it only to quote, produce and deliver your order. It is not sold or passed to other businesses.
Confidentiality and white-label files
Your artwork is handled by our own employed digitizing team at our production office in Bengaluru, India, never by freelancers. For trade accounts, files and previews are delivered unbranded and we never contact your end customer. We only deal with you.
How long we keep your files
Artwork files are deleted 90 days after delivery unless you ask us to keep them longer. Order records are kept for 7 years for accounting and tax purposes.

Payment and invoices
Payment is due on delivery, with an itemized invoice for every order. Approved trade accounts can pay on Net-30 terms, and regular high-volume accounts get volume pricing quoted per account. US and international orders are invoiced by Zorixo Ventures, LLC; UK orders by Zorixo Ventures Ltd, with VAT.
Pricing
Every design has one flat price set by its complexity, never a charge per 1,000 stitches. The price includes every machine format, a stitch simulation preview and unlimited revisions.
Turnaround
Standard delivery is 4–8 hours. Rush (2–4 hours) and super rush (1–2 hours) each add +50%. The team works 24/7, and files are delivered by email.
Free first design
One free design per new registered business: Simple or Medium complexity, standard turnaround, embroidery digitizing or vector conversion, requested from a business email address.
Fixing existing files
Broken, auto-digitized or third-party files are repaired or rebuilt after a free file check. You see the quote before any work starts.
