The promo problem

One client logo, a dozen different items

A client approves a logo on a polo mock-up, then the order grows: caps for the trade show, beanies for the winter giveaway, totes for the conference and a fleece blanket for top customers. Each item takes the logo differently.

We build the logo for the item it goes on, and we tell you which items can share a file so you don't pay twice. Your account manager gets a stitch preview to send the client for sign-off before anything is sewn.

Most promo embroidery problems start at approval. A stitch preview shows the client what thread can and can't do before the order is placed.

Every file comes with a stitch simulation image showing the logo as it will look in thread, in the thread colors chosen. Forward it to the client for approval before the decorator runs the job.

Need everything unbranded? White-label delivery means unbranded files and previews, and we never contact your client.

Problem logos

What to agree with the client before approval

  • Gradients become stepped thread colors, or a gradient logo on Coloreel if your decorator runs one
  • Thin script may need a bolder weight to hold on caps and fleece
  • Taglines often won't read at cap or chest size, so we offer a version without
  • Tiny icons are simplified so they don't turn into blobs
  • Many colors may be reduced to keep costs down on the decorator's side

Yes. Every file includes a stitch simulation image, so the client approves the logo as it will look in thread. Unbranded previews are available through white-label delivery.
Usually yes. Caps need center-out sequencing and fleece needs heavier underlay, though a flat bag can often share the polo file. We'll tell you which items can share so you don't pay twice.
Gradients become stepped thread colors (or a Coloreel file if your decorator has one), and taglines too small to read at the item size are enlarged or dropped. We flag both before digitizing.
