Team kit

Performance fabric fights back

Team kit is made from stretchy, slippery performance polyester. A logo digitized for a cotton polo pulls a jersey out of shape, puckers around the edges and feels stiff against the body.

We build team logos with lighter density and stabilizing underlay for stretch, and we build large numbers as tackle twill appliqué so they stay soft and flexible. Caps and bags get their own files so the crest looks the same across the whole order.

Puckered jersey crest? It is usually a cotton-weight file stitched on performance polyester.

Team crests often carry small text: a founding year, a league name or a ring of lettering around the badge. We check each element at the badge size you give us, open up spacing where it helps, and flag anything that won't read with a suggested fix.

Detailed mascots are welcome, including animals and characters. We simplify only what won't read at crest size and show you the preview first. Player names and sponsor text under the crest are small lettering; see small lettering digitizing.
