Polos, trackies, jackets, caps & bags

Sports Club Embroidery Digitising

Sports club embroidery digitising covers the whole club order: the crest, sponsor logos, player names and numbers, built for polos, trackies, jackets, caps and bags. Stretchy technical fabrics need lighter density and the right underlay, so we build for the garment, not just the artwork. One flat price per design, back in 4 to 8 hours, with files sent during the Australian working day usually returned the same day.

Club gear

Ready before the first bounce

Club orders tend to land in a rush before the season: new polos for the committee, trackies and jackets for players, caps for cricket, and a fresh set of sponsor logos because the sponsors changed over summer. Everything needs to match, and it all needs to be ready before round one.

Most of that gear is stretchy technical polyester. A crest digitised for a heavy cotton polo will pull a lightweight training top out of shape and pucker around the edges. We use lighter density and a stabilising underlay for stretch fabrics, and build separate files for caps and bags so the crest looks the same on every item.

Number construction is covered on appliqué numbers, and school sport uniforms on school uniform digitising.

Puckered crest on a training top? It is usually a file built for cotton, stitched on stretch polyester.

Club crests and sponsor logos

Club crests often carry small text: a founding year, the club name around a ring, or a motto on a banner. We check every element at the size you give us in mm, open up spacing where it helps and flag anything that will not read, with a suggested fix.

Sponsor logos are usually supplied as artwork made for print, with thin lines and gradients that do not translate directly to thread. We rebuild them to read at sleeve or back size and keep the sponsor's colours as close as thread allows. Player names and small sponsor text are small lettering; see small lettering digitising.

FAQs

Sports club digitising questions

Technical polyester stretches, so a density that suits a cotton polo pulls it out of shape. Club gear on stretch fabric needs lighter density and a stabilising underlay.
Yes. Sponsor artwork is often made for print, so we rebuild it for thread and check it reads at the size and placement you give us.
Yes. Names are built as small lettering and checked for legibility at your size. Larger numbers can be appliqué, with a PDF cutting template, or embroidered.
Yes, as a separate cap file sized for the front, with an optional 3D puff version for caps.
Standard delivery is 4 to 8 hours, and our team works 24/7, so files sent during the Australian working day usually come back the same day. Rush is 2 to 4 hours and super rush 1 to 2 hours, each adding 50%.
Lightweight playing tops often suit a printed crest, while polos, jackets, trackies and caps suit embroidery. We digitise the embroidered version and can supply vector artwork for print.
Club crests and sponsor logos have one flat price per design set by complexity, and appliqué numbers and cap files are each priced per file, invoiced in AUD; see the price table on this page or the full price list. Rush (2 to 4 hours) and super rush (1 to 2 hours) add 50%.
