Terms of Service

PlixaLabs provides embroidery digitising services — converting client-supplied artwork into embroidery stitch files for commercial embroidery production. Services are provided by Zorixo Ventures Ltd trading as PlixaLabs.

Orders are placed by submitting artwork and a project brief via our website or email. Standard delivery is 4 to 8 hours. Rush and super rush options are available at additional cost.

All orders include unlimited free revisions with no time limit. Revision requests must be submitted by email. We will respond within 4 hours during normal operating hours.

You confirm that you own or have the right to reproduce any artwork submitted for digitising. PlixaLabs retains no intellectual property rights in the stitch files produced from your artwork.

Payment is due on delivery. UK clients are invoiced in GBP with UK VAT applied. International clients are invoiced in local currency as agreed at order stage.

These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
