Merrowed patches have a zig-zag over-locked edge. The border embroidery must be planned to work with the merrowing process. Laser-cut patches are cut to a precise shape after embroidery. The border stitching must extend to the exact cut line.
We plan for twill (the most common patch base), felt, canvas, and non-woven patch bases. Tell us your patch base material when ordering.
Yes, down to approximately 20mm diameter. Below this size, fine detail becomes difficult to reproduce cleanly. We advise on detail simplification when relevant.
