Trade pricing
Flat prices per design, not per 1,000 stitches.
The same published prices apply to trade accounts. Regular high-volume accounts can ask for volume pricing, quoted per account.
Every design has one flat price set by its type and complexity, whether it's a left chest logo, a cap or a jacket back; see the price list. Rush and super rush add 50% to the base price. File repairs are quoted after a free file check.
Get started
How to open a trade account.
- Get in touch. Use the contact form (subject: "Trade account") or send a first job through the quote form.
- Tell us your volume. Roughly how many designs a month, what kinds (left chest, caps, jacket backs, repairs) and which machine formats you run. Say if you need a W-9 or Net-30 terms.
- We set up the account. We confirm your pricing, including any volume pricing for regular high-volume work, and whether Net-30 applies.
Ordering
How trade orders work.
- Send the artwork. Upload it on the quote form with the garment, placement, finished size and machine format. Add your own job or PO reference in the notes.
- We digitize it by hand. Standard turnaround is 4–8 hours; rush is 2–4 hours and super rush 1–2 hours, both +50%.
- You get an unbranded file and preview. Pass them straight to your customer. We never contact them.
- Need a change? Reply with it. Revisions are unlimited, with no time limit.
Vendor onboarding
W-9, invoices and Net-30 terms.
Need a W-9? Zorixo Ventures, LLC, the US company behind PlixaLabs, provides a W-9 for vendor setup. Ask for it on the contact form when you open your account. According to the IRS, Form W-9 is used to give your accounts payable team our correct Taxpayer Identification Number.
Net-30 terms. Approved trade accounts can pay on Net-30 terms. Tell us your expected volume when you get in touch and we'll confirm whether your account qualifies.
Tax questions, such as whether you need to issue a 1099, depend on your situation. Your accountant can confirm what applies to you. This isn't tax advice.
