Trade & White-Label Embroidery Digitising for UK Businesses
PlixaLabs digitises embroidery for UK businesses that sell embroidered garments under their own name: workwear and uniform suppliers, schoolwear and club kit suppliers, promotional merchandise companies and embroidery shops. Files and previews carry no PlixaLabs branding, we never speak to your customer, and approved trade accounts pay on Net-30 against a VAT invoice from Zorixo Ventures Ltd.
How it fits your workflow
From your customer's logo to your own proof.
A trade account slots in between the artwork your customer sends you and the machine that stitches it, whether that machine is yours or belongs to the embroiderer you use.

Account terms
The trade terms, in writing.
These apply to UK trade accounts. We confirm which of them apply to your account when it is set up.
| Branding | None. Stitch files and previews go out without the PlixaLabs name. |
|---|---|
| Your customer | We never contact them. Every message goes through you. |
| Payment terms | Net-30 once your trade account is approved. |
| Volume pricing | Available to regular high-volume accounts and agreed per account. Other trade accounts pay the published UK prices. |
| Broken files | We fix or rebuild broken, auto-digitised or third-party files. Send the file for a free file check, then we quote the repair. |
| Speed | Standard 4–8 hours. Rush 2–4 hours or super rush 1–2 hours, each adding 50%. Worked on 24/7. |
| With each file | Machine formats of your choice, a stitch simulation preview and revisions without a deadline. |
| Invoicing | VAT invoices in pounds sterling from Zorixo Ventures Ltd, VAT No. GB 506 4612 12. |
| File ownership | Under our terms, PlixaLabs keeps no intellectual property rights in stitch files made from your artwork. |
No machines of your own?
Sending files to your own embroiderer.
Not every reseller runs its own machines; some send all the stitching to a contract embroiderer. A trade account works just as well in that set-up.
Ask your embroiderer which format they run, for example Tajima DST, and put it on the order. If you use more than one embroiderer, ask for each format. The file carries no PlixaLabs branding, so all your embroiderer sees is your job.
Keep the unbranded stitch preview for your customer's sign-off, then forward the machine file once they approve it.
Repairs
When a customer's file won't run.
Sometimes a customer arrives with a file they already paid for elsewhere. If it puckers, leaves gaps or was produced by auto-digitising software, send it to us first.
We check the file free of charge, tell you whether it needs fixing or a full rebuild, and quote before any work starts. You can then pass that cost on however suits your business.
Trade prices
One flat price per design, never per 1,000 stitches.
Regular high-volume accounts can ask for volume pricing, agreed per account.
Other trade accounts pay the published UK prices: every design has one flat price set by its type and complexity, whether it is a left chest logo, a cap front or a jacket back. See the UK price list. Rush or super rush adds 50%, and repairs are priced after the free file check.
Apply
Setting up your trade account.
- Send an enquiry. Use the contact form and pick "Trade or supplier account", or put a first job through the quote form.
- Describe your work. Roughly how many designs a month, the usual types (left chest, crests, caps, repairs), the formats you or your embroiderer run, and whether you want Net-30.
- We confirm the account. You hear which terms apply, including Net-30 and any volume pricing agreed for regular high-volume work.
