Every PlixaLabs service for UK embroiderers and uniform suppliers, priced per design in pounds. Logos, left chest, caps, 3D puff, patches, appliqué, jacket backs, Coloreel and vector redraws are set out below, with flat digitising prices from £10 per design (see the UK price list). Each order includes all machine formats, unlimited revisions and a VAT invoice.

Left chest logo digitising
The workhorse of uniform orders: a small logo sized for polos, work shirts and fleeces, planned so text stays legible at chest width.

Company logos, school crests and club badges turned into a production file you can reuse on every garment in a range.

Custom embroidery digitising
Anything that is not a standard logo: illustrations, mascots, wording and one-off designs, priced Simple, Medium or Complex.

Cap digitising
For structured, unstructured, snapback and trucker caps, sewn from the centre outwards so the design sits straight on a curved front.

3D puff digitising
Raised lettering and logos over foam, most often on cap fronts, with stitching planned to cover the foam edges cleanly.

Patch digitising
Sew-on badges for clubs, uniforms and brands, with borders set up for merrowed, laser-cut or heat-seal edges.

Appliqué digitising
Fabric shapes for squad numbers, big initials and kit crests, supplied with a PDF template for cutting the pieces.

Jacket back digitising
Large designs up to 380 mm wide for softshells, coach jackets and club gilets, sequenced zone by zone.

Coloreel digitising
Colour-blend designs for machines fitted with a Coloreel unit, delivered as a DST with its CSE colour file.

Repairs, conversions between machine formats and small lettering, for shops working with files from other suppliers.

Choosing a service.
No. Digitising produces a stitch file for an embroidery machine, such as a DST for a Tajima or a PES for a Brother. Vector conversion produces clean artwork (AI, EPS or SVG) for print, vinyl and signage, and it can also be a better starting point for a stitch file.
Yes, but each placement needs its own file, because a curved cap front, a left chest and a 300 mm back panel sew very differently. List every placement when you upload and we quote each version before we start.
