Sectors We Digitise For

Embroidery digitising by industry, for UK suppliers

A crest on a knitted school jumper, a logo on a hi-vis vest and a name badge on an NHS tunic each need a differently built stitch file. PlixaLabs digitises for the fabric, the washing and the placement your sector demands, for UK workwear, schoolwear, teamwear, promotional, uniform, healthcare and hi-vis suppliers. Files start at £10 with a VAT invoice.

02Why Sector Matters

Same logo, four different questions.

A stitch file is a set of choices about density, underlay, pull compensation and how threads are locked off. Your sector answers most of them before we start.

01
What is the fabric?
Knitted school jumpers, thin hi-vis polyester and stretchy training tops all move differently under the needle.
02
How is it washed?
Healthcare tunics face frequent 60°C washes, so thread ends have to stay locked wash after wash.
03
How big is it?
A blazer pocket crest and a club jacket back need very different detail and sewing order.
04
How often is it reordered?
Workwear and uniform logos are sewn again and again, so the file has to behave the same every run.

03Schools and Clubs

Supplying schools and sports clubs.

School and club orders come with their own habits: the same crest on several garment types, fixed colours, and busy reorder periods before term starts or a new season kicks off. Because the files are yours, one set of approved files can serve every reorder.

Crests and badges normally belong to the school or club, and our terms ask you to confirm you have the right to reproduce any artwork you send. This is a general note, not legal advice: if you are unsure, check with the school or club before ordering.

04Trade

Embroidering for other businesses?

If your customers are the schools, firms and clubs above, a trade account keeps PlixaLabs out of sight. Every B2B order still comes with a VAT invoice from Zorixo Ventures Ltd.
