04Delivery Speed

Standard, rush or super rush.

We work 24/7, weekends and bank holidays included. Pick the speed when you order; either faster option raises the base price by half.

Super rush1–2 hours£15£22.50£33
05Per Design, Not Per Stitch

Why the price doesn't move with the stitch count.

Plenty of digitisers quote per 1,000 stitches, often with a minimum charge, and some embroiderers fold a one-off setup or digitising charge into the garment order. Either way, the figure can change once the file has been built.

We set the price per design at quote stage instead. A dense crest is still charged at its tier, and the machine formats, stitch preview and later changes all sit inside that one number, which makes it easier to price the job for your own customer.

In pounds, per design: £10 for a simple design, £15 for medium and £22 for complex. Left chest and logo files cost £10, caps and patches £12, appliqué £12, 3D puff £15, jacket backs £18, Coloreel £20 and vector conversions £8. Choosing rush or super rush adds half again to the base price.
Yes. Zorixo Ventures Ltd (VAT No. GB 506 4612 12) issues a VAT invoice in pounds sterling for every B2B order. If your accounts team needs another copy, email info@plixalabs.com with the order details.
No. Stitch count plays no part in the price. A crest that needs a high stitch count to hold its detail is charged at its tier price, and we confirm that price before any work starts.
It comes down to the number of colours and how much fine detail has to survive at the finished size. A clean club badge or corporate logo in 4–8 colours is Medium (£15). A heraldic crest with a shield, motto scroll and 8+ colours is Complex (£22). Upload the artwork and the quote names the tier.
£33. Rush (2–4 hours) and super rush (1–2 hours) both add 50%, so a complex crest goes from £22 to £33 and a £10 left chest logo becomes £15.
No. Tell us your machine, or the format your embroiderer asked for, such as Tajima DST, Brother PES or Janome JEF. The files come with the order at the listed price, and you can ask for more than one format.
No. Reply to the delivery email with what needs changing. Revisions are unlimited and there is no deadline for asking.
For garments you are selling to paying customers, usually yes. Auto-converted files often lead to thread breaks, puckering and re-runs, which cost blanks and machine time. Each PlixaLabs file is planned by a digitiser for the fabric and finished size you give us.
