List prices per design. Your quote confirms the tier and the total before any digitising starts.
Simple, medium or complex: where your design sits.
Unsure? Upload the artwork and the quote tells you the tier. Caps, 3D puff, patches, appliqué, jacket backs and Coloreel work are priced by type instead, as listed in section 01.
Standard, rush or super rush.
We work 24/7, weekends and bank holidays included. Pick the speed when you order; either faster option raises the base price by half.
| Option | Files arrive in | Left chest logo | Medium club badge | Complex crest |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Standard | 4–8 hours | £10 | £15 | £22 |
| Rush | 2–4 hours | £15 | £22.50 | £33 |
| Super rush | 1–2 hours | £15 | £22.50 | £33 |
Why the price doesn't move with the stitch count.
Plenty of digitisers quote per 1,000 stitches, often with a minimum charge, and some embroiderers fold a one-off setup or digitising charge into the garment order. Either way, the figure can change once the file has been built.
We set the price per design at quote stage instead. A dense crest is still charged at its tier, and the machine formats, stitch preview and later changes all sit inside that one number, which makes it easier to price the job for your own customer.
