How do London orders work?
You send the artwork online, a digitiser builds the file by hand, and the files come back online. There is nothing to post, courier or collect, so it makes no difference whether your workshop is in Hackney, Croydon or the West End.
- Upload your artwork with the quote form: a logo file, a JPG or PDF, a sketch, or a photo of an existing embroidered garment. Add the garment, finished size in millimetres and the file format your machine uses.
- A digitiser builds the file by hand, setting stitch types, underlay, density and sewing order for that garment. No auto-digitising.
- You receive the files and a stitch simulation preview in every format you need. Revisions are unlimited, with no time limit.
Turnaround and London working hours. Standard delivery is 4–8 hours, and the team works 24/7. A logo uploaded before lunch is normally back before the end of a London working day; one sent after the shop shuts is usually waiting when you open. When a job cannot wait, rush is 2–4 hours and super rush 1–2 hours, both +50%.

Do I need a local digitiser?
Usually not, because the thing you are buying is a digital file. It arrives by download whoever makes it. The honest exception: if you want to sit with the person digitising your logo, or hand over a garment in person, a local supplier can offer that and we cannot. For most embroiderers and buyers, these are the points that decide it:

Which file format does your machine need?
Ask for the format your machine reads, and we include any others you need. Commercial multi-head machines in embroidery shops generally run DST, while Brother and other single-head machines used by smaller businesses read their own formats. Some suppliers call this embroidery digitizing, with a z; the file is the same.

A UK company invoices you; an employed team in India digitises the files. We would rather state that plainly than imply a London workshop.

Are prices different for London?
No. London businesses pay the same flat prices as the rest of the UK, from £10 per design, in pounds, with a VAT invoice. Every price includes all machine formats, a stitch simulation preview and unlimited revisions.
