How does online embroidery digitising work anywhere in the UK?
You send artwork online, we digitise it by hand, and the files come back online. Nothing needs posting and nobody needs to visit, which is why location makes no difference to the price or the turnaround. (It's also searched as embroidery digitizing, with a z.)
- Send your artwork through the quote form: a JPG, PNG, PDF, AI file or a sketch, plus the garment, finished size in millimetres and the machine format you or your embroiderer need.
- A digitiser builds the file by hand, setting stitch types, density, underlay and sewing order for that garment.
- You receive the files and a stitch simulation preview in 4–8 hours as standard, in every format you need. Revisions are unlimited, with no time limit.
Turnaround across UK working hours. We work 24/7. Standard orders take 4–8 hours, so artwork sent mid-morning is normally back the same working day, and artwork sent at the end of the day is due before the next one starts. Need it sooner? Rush is 2–4 hours and super rush 1–2 hours, both +50%.
Who is behind PlixaLabs in the UK?
A UK company, with its digitising team in India, and no local branches. We'd rather be clear about that than imply an office in your city.

What kind of digitising do businesses in each area ask for?
The service is identical everywhere, but the jobs vary with local trades, schools and clubs. A few pointers by area (London businesses have their own page):
Manchester
Greater Manchester has a huge grassroots sports scene, so club badges, sponsor logos and initials on training tops are typical jobs. Badges often carry a founding year or motto in small text, which needs careful lettering to stay readable on a polyester shirt; our small text digitising page explains the limits. Birmingham
With a large manufacturing, logistics and trades base across the West Midlands, much of the demand is workwear: company logos on drill shirts, fleeces, softshells and hi-vis. Heavy fabrics and waterproof coatings behave very differently from a cotton polo, so tell us the exact garment when you order. Hi-vis jackets are covered separately on our hi-vis digitising page. If a garment supplier in the region stitches your uniforms, we send the files to you to forward in whatever format their machines run.
Leeds
Leeds is one of the UK's larger centres for financial, legal and professional services, so corporate uniform and client-gift embroidery is common: discreet left-chest logos on shirts, knitwear and jackets. Corporate logos tend to have thin serif lettering and exact brand colours. Send the brand guidelines or a vector logo if you have them, and we'll flag any detail that is too fine to stitch at left-chest size before we start, rather than after a batch has been sewn.
Glasgow
Scottish schools usually return in mid-August, earlier than most of England, so schoolwear suppliers around Glasgow tend to hit their busy season sooner. School crests are some of the hardest designs to stitch well: shields, tiny mottos and several colours on knitted jumpers and blazers. Bristol
Bristol's independent businesses, from cafés and bike shops to clothing labels, often want small-batch merch: caps, beanies, tote bags and embroidered tees. Caps need their own digitising because the front panel curves and the design is stitched from the centre outwards; see cap digitising. If your logo only exists as a low-resolution social media image, a vector redraw gives you clean artwork for embroidery and print alike.
Liverpool
Clubs, societies, charities and events across Merseyside often need a badge rather than a direct-stitched logo. Patch digitising covers the fill, the detail and the satin border that finishes the edge of the badge. Patches suit groups that want to add a badge to garments members already own, such as jackets and bags. Belfast and Northern Ireland
Businesses in Belfast and across Northern Ireland are served exactly like everyone else in the UK: prices in pounds sterling, the same 4–8 hours standard turnaround, and invoices from Zorixo Ventures Ltd, a UK VAT-registered company. Files are delivered online, so there's no shipping or customs step involved. Essex
Our UK trading address is in Dagenham, on the east London and Essex border, but that doesn't change how Essex orders work: everything is still handled online, and the digitising is done by our team in Bengaluru. Essex has plenty of embroidery and print businesses that outsource digitising. If that's you, our trade service offers white-label delivery (unbranded files and previews; we never contact your customer), Net-30 for approved trade accounts, and volume pricing quoted per account for regular high-volume work.
