Caps, 3D puff, tiny lettering and Coloreel each have their own quirks. Those jobs go to digitisers who have been signed off on that technique, so a club cap or a Coloreel gradient logo is in experienced hands.
Our training programme is paid and practical. New digitisers build up from simple work, and the specialist jobs only come once they have earned the sign-off for them.

Newcomers begin on uncomplicated logos and text, working with a senior digitiser as their mentor.
Whatever a new digitiser produces is looked over by a second person before delivery, just like every other file we send.
Knitted jumpers, polos, fleeces and bags all behave differently, so trainees learn them gradually rather than all at once.
