Polos, softshells, fleeces & beanies

Workwear Embroidery Digitising

Workwear embroidery digitising builds a company logo for each garment in its range (polycotton polos, work trousers, softshells, fleeces, beanies) so it sits right on every fabric and survives industrial washing. If you're comparing workwear digitizing suppliers, our files are a flat price per design, arrive in 4–8 hours and come with a VAT invoice and thread chart.

Why a workwear pack needs more than one file

A typical UK workwear pack is a polycotton polo, a sweatshirt, a softshell, a fleece and a beanie, all carrying the same logo. Stitch one file across that lot and it ripples on the softshell, disappears into the fleece and pulls on the beanie cuff.

We digitise the logo for each garment and keep the lettering, proportions and thread colours the same, so a team looks consistent. Workwear goes through far more wash cycles than high-street clothing, so tie-offs are locked and density is kept where it stays flat.

Staff uniforms for offices, retail and hospitality are covered on corporate uniform digitising, and EN ISO 20471 garments on hi-vis digitising.

Logo perfect on the polo but wrong on the softshell? One file has been used on two fabrics.

Laundry durability

Made for industrial washing

Workwear is washed more often and harder than everyday clothing. Loose tie-offs unravel, long satins catch on machinery, and heavy fills ripple as the fabric settles.

We lock every tie-off, keep satin lengths sensible and set density to suit the fabric, so the logo stays flat and intact wash after wash.

FAQs

Workwear digitising questions

Yes. Knitted beanies and caps need their own builds, which we supply alongside the chest logo files.
Every needle hole goes through the membrane, so we keep density as light as the logo allows. For fully waterproof jackets, many suppliers use a heat-applied badge instead.
Polycotton, softshell, fleece and knit each react differently to stitching. One file ends up puckered on one garment and sunken on another, so each gets its own build with matching colours.
Yes, if the characters are big enough to read at chest size. If not, we'll suggest a larger logo or moving the details to the back.
Tie-offs are locked, satins kept short and density set for the fabric, so logos stay flat and secure through repeated heavy washing.
Store the files and thread chart with the customer's order; the same file and threads give the same result next time.
Each garment version is one design with one flat price set by its complexity, with every machine format and unlimited revisions included and a VAT invoice on every order; see the price table on this page or the full UK price list. Rush (2–4 hours) and super rush (1–2 hours) add 50%.
