Why club badges pucker on training kit

Grassroots football, rugby, cricket and netball clubs order the same badge on training tops, coaches' jackets, kit bags and beanies. Most of that kit is lightweight performance polyester, and a badge built for a cotton polo drags it into ripples.

Yes. Send Pantone references or a photo of the kit and we choose the thread colours and supply the chart, so badges match across suppliers and seasons.
Yes, if the letters are large enough to read on performance fabric at your size. If not, we'll suggest enlarging them or moving them to the sleeve.
Lightweight match shirts often suit a printed or heat-applied badge; training wear, jackets and polos suit embroidery. We digitise the embroidered version and supply vector artwork for print.
Performance polyester stretches, so density that suits cotton pulls it out of shape. Training kit needs a lighter build with stretch underlay.
Yes. Ring text and years are checked at your badge size and spaced to read; if they won't, we'll show you options before building.
Large squad numbers usually work best as appliqué: fewer stitches and a softer feel. Each number comes with a PDF cutting template.
