Logos are drawn for vans, websites and letterheads, then expected to work at 80mm on a polycotton polo. Scaled down, the small details fail first: bowls in letters close, thin lines drop out and the strapline becomes a smudge.
We rebuild instead of shrinking. Letters get more space and a stitchable stroke weight, and detail that can't survive is simplified with your say-so, so the logo reads across a shop floor or reception desk.
Other positions are separate builds: see logo digitising for caps, backs and more, or small text digitising for names and sleeve lettering.
If part of your logo won't read at chest size, we'll say so first and suggest a fix: bolder lettering, a slightly larger logo, or moving the strapline elsewhere.
