The quote costs nothing. The price we email is the price you pay for that design, and nothing starts until you reply to accept it. Our flat prices are on the UK price list.

Usually, yes. Send the best copy you have and tell us the finished size. If some detail is too small to stitch cleanly at that size, we point it out in the quote.

Send the file with a photo of the sew-out if you have one. We check it free, then quote to repair or rebuild it, including files made by auto-digitising software.
