The offer covers one Simple or Medium design, either embroidery digitizing or vector conversion, at our standard 4–8 hours turnaround. A PlixaLabs digitizer builds the file by hand and sends it in DST, PES or the format your machine needs, with a stitch simulation preview. After that, prices start at $10.

Why free
Why we give the first design away.
The only reliable way to judge a digitizer is to sew their file on your own machine, fabric and stabilizer. A stitch preview helps, but the sew-out is what counts.
So instead of a discount code, we digitize your first Simple or Medium design for free. If the file runs well, you know what you'll get on every order after it. If it needs changes, revisions are unlimited.
Every file is built by the PlixaLabs digitizing team: digitizers employed by our group company, Zorixo Creations Private Limited, in Bengaluru, India. We don't outsource the work.
How to claim
How to claim it in 3 steps.
- Upload your artwork. JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, or a clear photo of an embroidered garment.
- Tell us the details. Your company name, a business email address on your company domain, the garment, placement, finished width or height and your machine or file format. Write "free first design" in the notes.
- Get your file. It comes back at standard turnaround (4–8 hours) with a stitch simulation preview.
Tip: give us the garment, finished size and machine up front. It saves most of the back-and-forth.

A flat price per design, not per 1,000 stitches. All formats, a stitch simulation preview and unlimited revisions are included.
Every design has one flat price set by its type and complexity; see the price list for each design type. Rush (2–4 hours) and super rush (1–2 hours) add 50% to the base price.
